Michael J. Duff is a graduate of Great Lakes Christian College. He has been in the ministry for over 40 years. Mike, as he is known around our congregation, has served Crossroads for 17 years. He is the first full-time minister of this congregation. Mike has been married for over 40 years to his wife, Maryanne. They have three adult children who love and serve the Lord. His preaching style is best described as both “straightforward and down to earth”. He continues week after week to minister through the Word of God with practical and challenging preaching and teaching.

David Nance has lived in West Lafayette since January 2003 and has attended Crossroads since February 2003. He is married to his beautiful wife Dawn, and they have four wonderful adult children: Matthew, JJ, Jocelyn, and Zechariah and two beautiful granddaughters: Lucia and Evangeline. David studied Mechanical Engineering at Virginia Tech and is an Operations Executive for Slim Chickens restaurants. Having served as Student Minister for over four years, David helped plant a growing Student Ministry and Student Service at Crossroads from 2003 until 2007, then took up the position again in 2020. He was ordained as the Associate Minister of Crossroads in 2011. You will also see David playing guitar with the worship band on Sunday mornings!

Dawn started her new life with God at the age of 20 and began using her musical talents and gifts in worship ministry shortly after that. She has been serving as the Worship and Creative Arts Minister here since 2008. Dawn is passionate about leading people into the presence of God through praise and worship and loves to encourage and equip future leaders to do the same. She is married to her husband David, and they have four wonderful adult children: Matthew, JJ, Jocelyn, and Zechariah and 2 beautiful grandchildren, Lucia and Evangeline.

Megan Duff serves as our Children's Ministry Director. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a Master’s degree from the University of New Haven. She is well qualified to direct our Children’s Ministry. As the daughter of our Minister Mike and his wife Maryanne, she has a wide variety of experience with children. She grew up in the Church and has first-hand experience as a child in the Children’s Ministry as well as serving as a volunteer in multiple capacities.

MaryAnne Duff serves as our Daycare Ministry Director. She has a Bachelors of Religious Education and a Child Development Associate certification. With over twenty-five (25) years of experience, she serves as a mentor to others who are beginning their careers as childcare professionals. She continues her studies in the field through graduate courses in order to have access to the latest and best practices in the field.
